Free gifts are available with orders online - the gifts are issued once the order value goes over a price threshold (threshold value varies for the different gifts offered).
If products are subsequently returned from the order and the order value drops below the price threshold for the gift, it no longer meets the original terms of the offer.
If this is the case, please return the gift with the other returns.
If the gift is not returned, a refund will be issued minus the cost of the gift from the value of the goods returned.
