I can't sign into my account.

On 20th July 2020, we launched our latest website and have safely moved all customer accounts to the new platform.

All address information, Peace Society points balances and order history has been transferred but we have not imported encrypted password details for your safety.

This means that all accounts created before 20th July 2020 will need to be 're-activated' with a new password. 

To do this simply click here or go to the log in page and hit the 're-activate account' button.

An email prompt will pop up to enter the email address associated with the account.

Once you enter your email address we will automatically send you a password re-set email direct to your inbox (remember to check you junk)!

If you have already re-activated your account or your account was set up after 20th July 2020, there's a few things worth checking:

  • Make sure you are using the same email address and password you registered with.
  • If you can't remember your password click on the "forgotten password" link on the log in page. We will prompt you to enter the email address you registered with and we will send a reminder to your inbox.
  • After this, if you still can't sign in, contact our Customer Care Team giving as much detail as you can about the issue, including screen shots of any error message you get and what you've done so far to try to resolve it.
