Using Your Points

Ready to use your points? You've got options:

• Redeem for vouchers (£5, £10, £25, £50, or £100)
• Use the points slider at checkout

Point Expiration

Your points are good for 12 months. We'll give you a heads up before they expire. Just a friendly reminder: all points earned before March 10, 2023, will expire on March 10, 2024, if not used.

When Points Become Available

Points show up as 'pending' right away and are ready to use after 24 hours.
