DELAYS TO EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Due to the severe delays at the port of Dover following the decision by the French government to close the border with the UK and the consequent backlog we now face, our European road services to continental Europe are suspended until Monday 4 January.
Our website remains open as usual.
Here at Peaceful Hooligan the health and safety of our customers and staff is always our number one concern. With that in mind we are working to the upmost hygiene standards in our warehousing and despatch operations to ensure safe conditions and to continue delivering great, uninterrupted service for as long as possible, in line with the UK government guidelines.
Our delivery partners, DPD, Royal Mail and Fed-Ex all have plans in place for no contact drop off services removing the need for direct contact for driver and customer. They are currently operating as usual, although there may be some short delays with the courier services due to hugely increased demand and staff shortages. Please bear with us if you experience any inconvenience.
To help you guys stay safe at home, we are also offering free UK delivery on orders over £50, free international delivery on orders over £100 (some exclusions apply) and we have extended our returns window to 60 days.
Our website remains open as usual and we will continue to monitor the developing situation over the coming days with health and service, as ever as our primary objectives.
