  • Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

    We start working on your order as soon as it’s placed, which means we can’t always make changes. If you spot a mistake or need to cancel, drop us a message as quickly as possible and we’ll do our best to sort it before your order ships.   • Do you offer a VAT discount to non-EU customers?

    We currently do not charge VAT to non-EU customers, however there is also no discount applied to these orders at present.
  • How do I place an order?

    Placing an order with us is simple. Just browse the site, pick your items, choose your size, and add them to your cart. When you’re ready, head to checkout where you’ll enter your shipping details and payment info. Once your order’s confirmed, you’ll get an email with all the details.
  • Why didn’t I get an order confirmation email?

    Order confirmation emails are sent straight after checkout. If you haven’t received one, check your junk/spam folder first. If it’s not there, it could be that your email address was entered incorrectly at checkout. Don’t worry—get in touch with us and we’ll confirm your order details for you.
